Children's Ministries

First Church loves children and has a very active children's program.

  • Our Children's Church, The Way, is offered twice each month during the 11:00 AM Worship Service for ages 3 through 18.
  • We have a nursery for younger children during our 11:00AM Worship Service.
  • Children's Choir - for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade Mondays from 3:30PM through 5:00PM.
  • First Hand Experience Puppet Team - for 2nd grade and up at 3:30PM - 5:00PM on Mondays.
  • Vacation Bible School is held for a week in the summer for ages 4 through 12.
  • Seasonal activities are held for Easter and Christmas.

We also have an Early Learning Center for newborns (6 weeks old) through 10 years of age. The Early Learning Center is open weekdays from 6:30AM - 6:00PM. Contact number is 276-656-6199.
